There is no spot for me to enter any type of payment method for the last week. I ordered about a month ago and had no issues, even left a review. Now I can't complete an order. I sent an email from the contact page and heard nothing back. I check the junk mail just in case and found nothing. Can someone from Dr. Ganja help me complete an order??

ok, I just did, it went straight to a voicemail... I left a message.

You should mention that you are in PST... not everyone lives in California.

Called a few times over the last 3 hours, still goes straight to voicemail.
I left another message, but if a company can't be bothered during business hours to pick up the phone, return calls, and emails, I feel like I should just pick another company. I sent the email 3 days ago, I left a message 3 hours ago. I guess I'll wait another 2hours to the end of your business day and if I don't get a call back I'll just go buy from somewhere else.

lindaw - upgrading their site doesn't really have anything to do with returning calls, picking up their phone, or replying to emails... does it? I mean loveagolden literally gave me instructions to call (which i did). Even if loveagolden is a copy paste bot and doesn't clue us in on how to actually place an order, they do not seem to be returning phone calls, picking up the phone when calling, or replying to emails sent via the contact page. At least, in my experience. Too bad too, I liked ordering the one time. But now I'm dry, my back is killen me, so i placed an order over at apical greens.

Yeah, the CBD industry is so new and many retailers, particularly online are having trouble with traditional payment processors. Very frustrating for you as the customer and for them. If they have no way to process cards temporarily, makes it difficult to provide much more of an explanation by phone or message. I know they are probably trying to work through these hurdles as quickly as possible to service their customers. 😊

if you say so! I haven't had issues contacting other vendors. If they (other vendors) have payment processing issues they also tell people to contact them by phone, but then they pick up the phone or return the call. I was happy with my purchase here 6 weeks ago and just wanted more 🙁 Oh well.
